Flyrig.com is a new service that delivers a community driven approach to the process of finding rental apartments in New York city. By utilizing Google Maps for visually representing properties, the service make the process of finding suitable apartments visually appealing. Though the service is new, I was able to find plenty of interesting apartments for rent all over Manhattan in just a few seconds. Adding more properties to their database is just a matter of time. The other component of the website is the ability to rate brokers. This should help whittling down all those ‘Bait and Switch’ artists that abound by allowing users to rate service providers.
